\There have been a lot of moving parts at Northside Physio in the last month with staff leaving as well as exciting new additions to the team. In late August, we welcomed a new Myotherapist to the team – Arthur. Arthur is a Northside local with various years of experience as a Myotherapist who incorporates techniques such as cupping, dry needling, mobilistion and soft tissue massage to his treatment approach, getting the best possible outcome for his patients.
We unfortunately said farewell to our Physio Sarah, who is returning home to the UK, via Japan for a well deserved holiday. Sarah has been at Northside Physio since February this year and has been an invaluable asset to the team. We will miss seeing Sarah’s smiling face around the clinic everyday and we wish her nothing but the best for her future as a Physiotherapist.
We also have exciting news – we have added two additional Physiotherapists to the everygrowing team at the clinic, Ella and Angus. Ella, Echuca born and raised joined us in late August, she comes across with a Master of Physiotherapy/Bachelor of Exercise Science. Ella has just finished a stint working with the AFL team at Haileybury College for their second and third semesters in the school year.
Angus completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has over 8 years of experience as a Physiotherapist. Angus has experience in a variety of settings including Private Practice, Musculoskeletal Inpatients and Outpatients as well as providing outreach services to remote communities in south-west Queensland. Angus has travelled abroad and worked as a Physiotherapist in the UK within the NHS and private practices.
