We know that everyone is still adjusting to the many changes that have been happening in the clinic since September, but hold tight, because we have a few more pieces of staff news to share!
As many of you know, our beloved Hayley has left us to be closer to home. We know you all love her as much as we do, and she will be greatly missed. We hope many of you had the chance to say goodbye and good luck! We know her house will be full to the brim with natives for the foreseeable future, ensuring she never forgets her lovely clients at Northside Physio (see photo)! We’ve also had to say goodbye to our lovely receptionist Zoe, who has left us following her graduation to work full-time at an NGO. Two pillars of our practice have flown the nest, and we hate to see them go, but we wish them both the best in their next chapters!

We also have a new receptionist who has recently joined our team! You may have met or spoken on the phone to Lucia, who has taken over Zoe’s days. Lucia is a long-time Northside local who has just moved home from Italy where she was studying Italian Language and Linguistics. She is a writer and sculptor and will be studying for a Master of Secondary Teaching in the new year, looking to teach English and Art, two subjects she’s always happy to chat about. Lucia loves nature, her home in Alpine Victoria and sharing travel tips for Italy. She is looking forward to meeting you all and exchanging stories. 😀

We hope you’re all surviving and thriving as we approach the chaos that is the end of the year. Bring on the holiday season (and summer!)
