We hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful spring weather and getting excited as the year winds up. Here’s a few things from us!
Welcome Brenna!
You may have noticed we have a new physio at the clinic, Brenna!
Brenna was born and raised in sunny Queensland, and completed her Master of Physiotherapy (2019) and Bachelor of Exercise Science (2016) at Griffith University on the Gold Coast.
Since 2020, she has worked with a highly diverse caseload across clinical, sporting, community, gym, and hydrotherapy spaces. She enjoys treating all types of musculoskeletal conditions, and has a particular interest in treating neck pain and orthopaedic injuries.
Brenna strongly believes in taking a holistic approach to treatment. This involves using a combination of manual therapy, personalised exercise prescription, advice and education regarding injury prevention and self-management.
Outside of work Brenna enjoys playing netball, attending concerts, watching football (both AFL and NRL), enjoying the outdoors, and taste testing the finest sandwiches across Melbourne.
With over 6+ years of experience, Brenna brings a wealth of knowledge for injury management, postural dysfunction, falls management, strength & conditioning as well as exceptional hands on skills.
She will be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
